Founding Partner
Mary Barrett has served in the investment community for over 30 years as a financial analyst, portfolio manager, and as the founder of Barrett and Company, a technology research boutique that served major advisory firms and pension managers.
Mary has managed portfolios with combined assets of up to $600 million for major institutions in the New York area. In November, 2001 Mary founded Edgewood Partners, LLC with the intention of developing a reduced-risk, high performance investment strategy for socially and environmentally conscious investors. Global Sustainable Investing is the result of that effort.
Mary currently serves on the global EconForecast Committee of the World Business Academy, the Policy Committee of the Sustainable Business Network of Philadelphia and the Review Committee for the Seal of Sustainability of the Sustainable Business Institute.
